I am the parent of 3 children with Autism related disorders. 2 have Asperger's Disorder and 1 has high functioning Autism. My journey into the education field, particularly Autism was the result of being an advocate for my children. I previously worked as a case manager in the Government sector after having earned my BS Degree in Business Administration. I have a Master's Degree in Education from UCF with current specialization in Special Education with an Autism endorsement. I also hold teaching certification eligibility statements in Exceptional Student Education, Business, and Language Arts. I currently teach elementary education.
My purpose in creating this blog is to post articles and information on topics relating to education, special education an Autism. I hope to bring you interesting articles, information on community and charity events, interesting products, must reads as well as trends and research.
